Term & Conditions

Cancellation

6 All cancellations must be made immediately outlining that the reservation is no longer required.

6.1 All cancellations must be made in writing via email detailing the reason for the cancellation.

6.2 Where a cancellation is made, clients will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Over 14 days: £15 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater)
11 – 14 days: 25% cancellation fee
8 – 10 days: 50% cancellation fee
0 – 7 days: 100% cancellation fee

6.3 If we have sent an invoice for a journey and the client cancels more than 14 days before the date of the journey, a 20% cancellation fee will apply instead of £15 or 10% cancellation fee.

7 If the journey does not take place because our driver has failed to turn up completely on the day e.g. due to a breakdown etc, we will refund the customer the whole payment or part payment if some part of the journey was carried out.

7.1 If a cancellation of an existing booking is made by ourselves due to a driver not being available, pricing error, admin error, vehicle not being available etc. we will refund the customer the whole payment or part payment if some part of the journey was carried out.

7.2 If the journey does not take place because our driver has failed to turn up completely or if a cancellation of an existing booking is made by ourselves, we will not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience suffered by the client.

7.3 We will provide predicted journey times where requested. Where the journey takes longer than predicted e.g. due to traffic congestion or any other event beyond our control, we will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the client.

7.4 If on the day of the journey, the client fails to turn up completely or fails to follow instructions given in relation to the journey, thus resulting in the pick-up not being done; the client will still be liable for the whole payment for the journey.

7.5 If on the day of the journey, the client turns up late thus resulting in the pick-up being delayed considerably; the client may be liable to pay an extra charge (hourly or a set fee) for the waiting time.

7.6 The cancellation fees mentioned in 6.2 and 6.3 will still be applicable where a client cancels a journey due to adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, icy roads or snow, unless we have taken the decision to cancel ourselves.
